In the 1990s, he participated in the sketch-comedy series Big Train alongside a number of other comedians, including Simon Pegg, Mark Heap, Julia Davis, Amelia Bullmore, and others.
One of the more memorable characters that Eldon created for Big Train was George Martin, who was based on Eldon’s impression of the Beatles producer.
Eldon has made a number of appearances on stage and in front of the camera alongside the comedian Bill Bailey. Together, they have parodied the German band Kraftwerk by singing German adaptations of the songs “Hokey Cokey” and “The Combine Harvester” by The Wurzels for the recorded version of Bill Bailey’s Part Troll comedy tour, in addition to two other songs.
